Webster dictionary word updates in MS Office?

I just saw the list of the new words that were added to the Merriam-Webster dictionary as of July 2009. Obviously, those words show up as misspelled in any spellchecker. At what point does Microsoft add these words to the default dictionary in their applications (e.g., Word)? Will an updated default dictionary be installed with MS Office updates? (I realize they can be added "on the fly" - but that's not what I'm asking.)Webster dictionary word updates in MS Office?
As far as I know, Microsoft doesn't update the dictionary with new words. It might update it for the next release of Office (2010), but even there, I'm not sure.
